haha naa there is nothing wrong with u if its hurting or crateing strain on your body its just a reaction like to breath out if ur hit in the stomach even if its not hard its just a reaction

he has done more then you will ever do. He doesn’t care what other people think of him. you might be a mister tough guy but you would never say a word to his face or be able to go thru the daily strains he goes thru so don’t negatively comment on some one you don’t know.

Holding your breath during the rep stabilizes the torso. All those so called experts that have you breath in while lowering and breath out while pushing have never moved a significant amount of weight and thier advice should be taken with a grain of salt.

These are simple exercises. They use the SEALs to give these exercises so that the loosers using them will think they are accomplishing more. If you go to BUDS with these exercises, then you will drop the first hour.

These 3 exercises are for what he says at the beginning, if you need to carry a 30 lb machine gun through a firefight or push a HUMVEE out of a sand dune.

These are the big lifts to get you stronger, if you dont do these you’ll be behind the rest of your class at BUDs for sure. The people that dont do these will drop the first day…
