July 14th, 2009 at 6:36 pm

July 14th, 2009 at 7:02 pm
not a single person that has commented on this video knows as much about roids then i do. and you said your taking them in moderation ok did your docter give them two your or are you useing them for ganing body mass? cus i have a roid cream that i take but its from my doctor and its for my hands becuse i eat my fingers. but those are very low amouts and they don’t efect your body mass at all
July 15th, 2009 at 4:13 am
its for body mass however they are not the roids you are thinking of. It is a very low grade of hgh, however my first comment was how to beat a pee test for roids. even tho its a low grade hgh they still will test positive for steroids.

Jeff Monson should be a TV exercise product pitchman.
He’s very articulate and persuasive in his delivery.
Plus he’s got the background to prove what he’s preaching.
I’d buy his products.

one arm snatch is awesome, been using it for some months now.. kinda cool.. like now i’m lifting like half of my bodyweight over my had.. it just feels good =)
July 27th, 2009 at 4:31 pm
plus plus you would never tell him to fuck off. ever.
August 8th, 2009 at 12:39 pm
Surprised he doesn’t smash the light when he does the one armed snatch lol
August 9th, 2009 at 3:00 pm
I never seen him fight is he any good ?
August 11th, 2009 at 1:11 am
yes, he has a very good record.
September 5th, 2009 at 10:21 pm
if he keeps lifting wights like that his joints will be completly fucked up in a matter of years , don lift weight if you cant lift it properly
September 6th, 2009 at 3:59 am
met him today at town center mall
September 17th, 2009 at 2:57 am
check his record on wikipedia.

monson is a “beast”
can you imagine running into an animal like that int he street?!
He may not be the best figher, but he is certainly very good and among the best. I would like to see him and fedor.
Fedor would in all probability win by arm bar from the bottom, but I would rather see that fight than anything else.
September 24th, 2009 at 9:51 pm
looks like the cops shot him in the forehead, but he kept commin at em lol
September 27th, 2009 at 8:32 pm
i was trying at the gym , but i wasnt trying nearly that much , just 50 lbs. i did think about that happening though
September 27th, 2009 at 8:42 pm
i’m no expert but i think the 1 arm dead lift would be better if done in a lunging style, so it works one leg at a time since he isnt lifting max weight with a bar.
September 27th, 2009 at 9:15 pm
thats right, he isnt lifting max weight with a bar…i doubt anyone can lift their maximum with one dumbell…in my gym the dumbells go up to 50 kg and thats it…i like the idea of the lunge style deadlift
September 30th, 2009 at 10:21 pm
his neck is actually wider than his head. that’s pretty rare
October 6th, 2009 at 9:37 am
Damn this guy is tough, conducting a videotaped seminar with a fresh gaping bullet hole in his head. But what the hell is Travis Bagent doing in this video? Is he gonna help Monson work on his wrist/forearm strength?
Guys, I was just joking. Please send me no hate emails.

Jeff used to wrestle. Most of the wrestlers have a very strong necks. They need to have a strong neck, cos theres a lot of pressure on the neck in wrestling during the training.
