Clearly there are a bunch of insecure fucktards here. Who the hell cares whether he’s brown, black, white or purple. His information is good and that’s all that counts.. and regardless of what anyone can say, I DO consider stereotyping Indians as Dell customer service reps to be demeaning. Its like stereotyping all caucasians as beer-drinking wife-beating white trash.
After a real workout your forearms shouldn’t have the power to do crap like this. Normally the forearms are heavily involved in every pulling-based exercise. But everybody who wants to kill his wrists should do this one. There are many bodybuilding videos of expertvillage on exercises which kill your joints,I think it is irresponsible to make “instrucional videos” like this.
Not specifically the expertvillage videos, but many of the “old school” techniques in bodybuilding are bad for joints and sinews.I only think that you should do the “new technique” when you know the old one is bad by now. Forearm exercises are dispensable anyway…

Outstanding, detailed post. Too many posts just look at the exercises, and give no idea of any timeline – how long it takes to get results. The man here points out that you need to put in 600 hours. To get a result. Prepare yourself for the long haul.
