My routine is day by day per body part CHEST, ARMS, LEGS, SHOULDER. Rest. Never put chest/shoulders together unless you want to overtrain and not grow.

when did u start bodybuilding? u just sound lazy. beginners SHOULD do fullbody workouts 3 times a week. only juiced pros use 5-6 split because that works better for them

Yeah that isn’t a bad routine you got going, but you sure better have a great recovery supplement. Overtraining can cause serious problems, look it up. Oh yea i’m 6′1 227 with 11 pct fat.

I like to really push muscles to the limit instead of 3×10. Pyramid 5×15 declining reps with more weight. Once a month I love to superset to trick the muscle. Change workouts routine often and you will grow.
