Weight Training?

I've already droped body fat and lost 10pd with cardio and some light resistance training (stretch bands). But I want to get more slimmer muscle definition in my upper and lower body. I read for better weight loss to incorporate weight training in my fitness regime
.
I already work out 3-4 times a week and do at least 50 minutes of cardio and 3-400 situps every other day.
Does anyone know any good websites for tips and or pictures on weight training for slimming down?

Dont be turned off by the fact its a bodybuilding site(you wont look like Lou Ferrigno, but you could if you wanted to)Look in Supersite/workouts, you will find a database of workouts, enter for the goal of the workout "toning" and go through results and find a workout that suits you. I use the Beginner Routine #2 and tweaked it a bit to include some of my favourite exercises.
Do you know about the Glycemic Index?, sounds complicated but if you read up on it you will understand alot more about the foods we eat and how our bodies react to them
Also look in the Nutrition, Exercises menus , you will find yourself reading for awhile, fascinating stuff.
Look for preworkout and postworkout nutrition, there is very important information here about how our bodies react to working out. Very important information.
