Strength N Stretch #1 – Flexibility And Strength Training

Posted By kimkitch

www.IRONLENNY.com Flexibility exercises and strength training combined. Sometimes it is quite boring to stretch and work out separately, so I thought I’d show you some of my combo-exercises, benefitting both things at the same time. Saves you time and also, it can make your workout routine a lot more interesting. Only bodyweight exercises in this video, so you don’t need dumb bells or anything. Most exercises are more or less advanced, but you can definitely do them, maybe not with full splits. Ideal for martial artists, XMA trixers, freerunners, traceurs, acrobats, gymnasts, bboys and the like. To round the video I added some freerunning moves of me in the end. I hope you enjoy the video. ( If you have any questions, wishes or suggestions, feel free to ask me. 6. sarahsiddique Says:

And can you make more videos for flexibility?

  7. 72andSunny Says:

This is a horrible stretch routine for all but very experienced gymnasts, martial artists and circus performers. Again, another example of someone with extreme flexibility and strength who has no idea how it was achieved.

Actually, this video was made for advanced athletes. I uploaded it two years ago, where I had no intentions whatsoever to provide a stretching video that’s useful to anybody. I have a very good understanding of how specific individuals can achieve certain levels of srength and flexiblity. Personally, it took me about four to six weeks to get to that level. I’m quite aware of the fact that most people don’t practice consistently and passionately enough to see these results as fast as possible.

I’m trying to get my upper body strength up so that i can start to learn breakdance which obviously requires both great upper body strength and balance. Any tips on what would be best to achieve this..

  19. MordieSG Says:

um for me its push ups for strength and chairs (freeze) for ballance but for every freeze or move you have to train another way of balance
