Coach Nick Tumminello shows us one of the core training exercisehe developed called the “superdog”. This exercises is a cross between a bird dog and superman exercise.     Great exercise and much harder than it looks. The position really does a great job in locking out the back and preventing strain.

    I have to say YES this is for the core but I just found out how weak my shoulder is in this particular postion…GREAT EXERCISE!!!

    Gotta tell people to draw the area below the belly button inwards or you’re asking for faulty recruitment of the rectus abdominis and destabilization of the spine/pelvis/etc.

    yo no disrepect to you i was reading some of your comments about kobe and jordan you failed to realize that jordan won all of his championships kobe didnt he even lost one with shaq on his team look at the teams jordan beat in the nba championship and look at kobe who he played in the nba championship kobe won his first one without shaq againts orlando magic wow that really gets me excited lol
