i think that egg white in that liquid form and uncooked would cause avidin biotin bonding and therefore make the absorption of protein lesser and only about half of the protein is absorpbed
December 5th, 2009 at 11:05 pm
That would be true if these were raw uncooked egg whites but they aren’t… they are pasteurized and the avidin is neutralized… these are actually 100% bio-available and cause no biotin issues whatsoever!

I’m 50 years old… soon to turn 51 in April. This video was shot 2 years ago I think. I was 48. I dare you to look this good when you’re my age AND all my vitals are excellent, in fact better than many 30 year olds!

Actually I started using them regular around 2003 sometime so its been a while. I used to be heavy into lifting for a number of years. Lately though I am more into lifting just for overall fitness… I also do a lot of rock climbing, hiking, mtn biking and not just into getting all swole. At my best I was roughly 5′11 at 205# with a bodyfat of around 7 -8 % and a decent 6 pack stomach with a waist measurement of about 31 – 32 inches. That was in my early to mid forties…

Can you cook them?
also, don’t uncooked eggwhites have the risk of having salmonella? thanks
January 5th, 2010 at 10:50 pm
Oh yeah they cook up just great. As far as salmonella remember that these are NOT raw. They are low heat slow pasteurized and then triple filtered making them 100% safe to drink straight up, mixed in your favorite drink or shake, or for cooking.

I suffered a gnarly back injury that has led to one surgery and I need a second to finish all the repairs. Simple ladder fall. Anyway, I found this product a while back and have been impressed with it. Can’t wait till I get fixed so I can work out again. I wanted to ask you. Do you still have that dog? You can tell it is very happy. My ex wife got our dog. The dog before that died of cancer. Anyway. Good video. This can be the one thing someone does that makes their routine.

@hualni Yeah we still have our dog. She is very happy and very smart. Do a Youtube search “dog closes door” and you can see her in action.

is this better than isolate whey?or muscle milk.
January 16th, 2010 at 2:38 pm
can u fry this?
January 19th, 2010 at 2:44 am
@i8urm81 Oh ya fry them, i think you can. Pure egg whites is mostly bad for you when there dranken cold. Becuz when u fry them it gets rid of all of the bacteria etc in them. Fry em

@spoonmonkey
True whey is the best out there. It has the highest protein content I have come across, one 25g serving has 19g of protein. I’ve also tried others, Maximuscle is equally as good but more expensive. One to avoid is Body Fortress from holland and barrat, it tastes foul, doesnt mix well and protein content isn’t great either. If you decide to buy true whey or any other supplements from the myprotein site use this voucher code for 5% off: MP194811
Train hard. Peace!

Hey thanks for the discount code… also I wanted to add that whey protein is not 100% Bio-Available so unfortunately some of what you take in is wasted. In addition, even though it enters the blood rather quickly it also “gives up” rather quickly too. Those are both really good reasons to mix 1 scoop (typically) of whey into 8 pumps of Eggwhites-International instead of using water or milk. The whites will enter the bloodstream before the whey is all used up and will continue for up to 5 hours

I think this guy works for Egg Whites.
And Egg Whites seems not to be effective. He looks like a Klappstuhl.

Why the fuck are you so skinny ? You know you have to actually lift weights AS WELL as eating protein ?
January 28th, 2010 at 7:38 am
Heat & Cold will Kill Anything in them, but Flying add’s Fat.
January 30th, 2010 at 7:49 am
isnt it bad to eat raw eggwhites because of biotin deficiency? or w.e the hell it is
February 1st, 2010 at 6:20 pm
Yep ! Thats why these are NOT RAW… they are low heat slow pasteurized to destroy anything bad and preserve everything good !
February 8th, 2010 at 7:15 am
Have you guys ever used how2muscleguide ?
February 11th, 2010 at 7:40 am
im probably going to end up buying this stuff to but seriously people are right you should mix it up and buy fish, chicken, xtra lean ground beef and turkey. i only eat my eggwhites for breakfast. and maybe one more time later in the day.
February 12th, 2010 at 5:37 am
jajaja this guy is so skinny!!! I recommend him to take more WHEY protein instead of egg whites. Add some non-essencials aminoacids, multivitamins and creatine. You will never grow if you continue with your dumb eggwhite-shakes!
