These guys don’t use steroids. It’s all natural. Just drink lots of milk and have a diet high in fiber and you can look like that too.

watching this video you would never have thought in a million years dexter would eventually win an olympia he looks out of place next to big ron, kev, flex, nasser even ruhl. Thats how much talent was in that show
