Body Building One on One Triceps Training My goal is to train with you one on one, demonstrating effective workout routines for building a better body.     you really have not worked on shoulders or lats.
    not much of a V shape that comes with lats and shoulders
    I guess you think you get enough shoulder workout doing chest.

    No, never did…. But i do Vegetable juice and try to eat healthy….

    man how do you recover with supplements after your workouts ? like whats your protein intake ?

    I don’t take any supplements but i try to get enough rest and give the muscle worked at least 24 hours to recover….

    I am happy to get the results i do without taking anything, but i believe it the training. I think sometimes rather that change our style of training we look for an easy fix …supplement…. you know…

    how true ! noglokel. most look for the easy way- drugs,supplements,etc. it’s fake muscle. i (like you) believe in hard training and old school fashion.train right, eat right, the muscle will come. thanks nice vids.

    great sutff man. if you don’t take supplements, can you tell how you get enough protein during the day? what’s your dietary regimen? what you do without supplements is simply amazing!

    I try to get my protien from meals i eat throuout the day. Eggs in the morning, Egg and or fish for lunch and dinner….

    I watch my diet and include some type of cadio training keep myself tone and control my weight.
