three set is the max Emount of sets that youcould perform at you highest level of volume and if you canget that edge with 2 or even on the first set more power ta ya
but 3 set is as high as you go. its about workingout for the long run not about running your self for a long workout.

wrists straight…lol most of the time there kinda bent ahaha just from all the weight, which really isnt alot…I have scronny wrist so maybe thats the cae, what would you do to get bigger wrists???? thanks DelMonte!
