    question: How is creatine gonna help after a workout? It is not even utilized by the body until right before the workout and it has no “repair” effects.

    vine.. i disagree with the casein and whey… you need whey post workout.. it digests faster. casein is slower and will take longer to digest, defeating the 1hr window.

    no. Creatine is not good for the long run. I’m assuming you want rock hard dense lean muscle. Creatine is a filled water balloon. Soft and you can gain muscle fast but also lose it fast. its not as permanent (even tho all muscle is not permanent)
